In these Terms & Conditions, the following terms carry the meanings set out below unless the context clearly requires otherwise.

By accessing or using any part of the Platform — including browsing the website, registering an account, making a deposit, placing a wager, or claiming a bonus — you confirm that you have read, understood, and irrevocably agreed to be bound by these Terms & Conditions and all documents incorporated by reference, including the Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy.

To register and maintain an active aww88 account you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

aww88 reserves the right to request documentary evidence of eligibility at any time and to restrict, suspend, or terminate any account where eligibility cannot be confirmed to aww88's satisfaction.

Each eligible person may register exactly one (1) aww88 account. Registering multiple accounts — whether under the same or different personal details, email addresses, devices, or IP addresses — is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for permanent suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of all associated balances.

During registration you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information, including:

• Full legal name as it appears on your government-issued identity document
• Date of birth
• Valid email address to which you have exclusive access
• Contact mobile number registered in Indonesia
• Indonesian bank account or e-wallet details for withdrawal purposes

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. aww88 will not be liable for any loss or damage resulting from your failure to keep your login credentials secure. You must notify aww88 support immediately if you suspect that your account has been accessed by an unauthorised party.

aww88 reserves the right to refuse any registration application at its sole discretion, without obligation to provide a reason.

aww88 is required by its international licensing obligations to verify the identity and age of all players before processing a first withdrawal. This process — Know Your Customer (KYC) — may also be initiated at any point during a player's account lifetime at aww88's discretion, particularly where unusual account activity is detected.

You may be required to submit one or more of the following documents:

Withdrawal requests will be held in a pending state until KYC verification is complete. aww88 targets a KYC review period of no longer than 48 hours from receipt of complete documentation. Failure to provide requested documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in account restriction.

aww88 accepts deposits in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR) via the following payment channels:

All deposits must be made from a payment account registered exclusively in your own name. Third-party deposits — where the sending account belongs to a different person — are strictly prohibited and will be returned to the sender minus any applicable transaction fees.

aww88 does not charge deposit fees. Any fees applied by your bank or e-wallet provider are your responsibility. Deposited funds are credited to your account wallet upon confirmation of cleared funds and are available for wagering immediately. Deposits cannot be reversed once credited to your wallet.

aww88 reserves the right to set minimum and maximum deposit limits on individual accounts based on risk assessment, KYC status, and responsible gaming considerations.

Withdrawal requests may be submitted at any time from your aww88 account dashboard, subject to the following conditions:

• KYC verification must be complete before your first withdrawal is processed.
• The withdrawal amount must not exceed your available real-money wallet balance (bonus funds that have not yet satisfied wagering requirements are not withdrawable).
• Withdrawals must be sent to a bank account or e-wallet registered in your own name and matching the name on your verified KYC documents.
• The minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 100.000.

aww88 offers a range of promotional bonuses to eligible players, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and seasonal promotions. All bonuses are subject to the following general terms, in addition to any specific terms published alongside the individual promotion:

aww88 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotional offer at any time without notice. Published wagering requirements, minimum odds, and eligible markets are correct at the time of publication and may change between promotions.

All bets and wagers placed on the aww88 platform are governed by the rules of the respective product, which are published within the product interface. The following general rules apply across all products:

• Bets are final once confirmed. aww88 does not accept requests to cancel, reverse, or modify confirmed wagers except where provided for by the specific product rules (e.g., cash-out functionality on the sportsbook).
• aww88 uses live odds and market data supplied by licensed third-party data providers. In the event of a data feed error causing an obviously incorrect price to be published and accepted, aww88 reserves the right to void the affected wager and return stakes to the player's wallet.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the aww88 platform. Engaging in any of these activities may result in immediate account suspension, permanent termination, forfeiture of all wallet balances, and reporting to the relevant authorities where required:

• Fraudulent activity, including use of stolen, cloned, or unauthorised payment methods.
• Money laundering — using the Platform to deposit, transfer, or withdraw funds derived from illegal activities.
• Identity fraud — registering an account under a false or borrowed identity, or submitting falsified KYC documents.
• Collusion — coordinating with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game or market.
• Use of automated software — deploying bots, scripts, macros, or any automated system to interact with the Platform in place of genuine human play.
• Chip dumping — deliberately losing funds to another player in a real-money game for the purpose of transferring value between accounts.
• Bonus abuse — exploiting promotional offers in a manner contrary to their intended purpose, including matched betting, risk-free hedging strategies, and multi-accounting to claim the same offer multiple times.
• Attempting to manipulate game outcomes, including exploiting software bugs or vulnerabilities. Any winnings generated through exploitation of a known or unknown software vulnerability will be voided.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your own personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms & Conditions. This licence does not permit you to:

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law:

• aww88's total aggregate liability to you under or in connection with these Terms & Conditions, whether in contract, tort (including negligence), breach of statutory duty, or otherwise, will not exceed the total net deposits made to your aww88 account in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
• aww88 will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive loss or damage, including loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of opportunity, whether arising in contract, tort, or otherwise, even if aww88 has been advised of the possibility of such loss.
• aww88 does not warrant that the Platform will be continuously available, uninterrupted, error-free, or entirely secure. Planned and unplanned maintenance may cause temporary service disruption. aww88 will endeavour to provide advance notice of planned maintenance where practicable.
• aww88 is not liable for any loss or damage caused by events outside its reasonable control, including but not limited to internet service interruptions, power failures, acts of government, natural disasters, or force majeure events.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions excludes or limits aww88's liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

aww88 collects, stores, and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms & Conditions by reference. By accepting these Terms & Conditions you also acknowledge and accept the Privacy Policy in full.

aww88 processes personal data for the following primary purposes: account registration and management, KYC identity verification, payment processing and fraud prevention, customer support, responsible gaming monitoring, marketing communications (where you have opted in), and compliance with licensing and regulatory obligations.
